RN - Maternal Child Float Pool Nurse

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Maternal Child Float Pool team at Providence Portland Medical Center. As a part-time RN, you will provide high-quality patient care and support to our patients and families in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:- Provide direct patient care to patients in the Maternal Child Float Pool, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in unit-based quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
- Oregon Registered Nurse License upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
- 1 year of Nursing experience.
