In this pivotal role, you will contribute significantly to our mission of delivering exceptional dishes crafted from the finest ingredients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Executive Chef in managing daily kitchen operations effectively.
- Guarantee the consistency of dish preparation and presentation by following our quality benchmarks.
- Guide and develop kitchen personnel, offering constructive feedback and mentorship.
- Oversee food and labor expenses, ensuring operational efficiency and budget compliance.
- Participate in menu creation and innovation, considering seasonal produce and customer preferences.
