Job Summary

CareerStaff Unlimited is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at a skilled nursing facility in Wakefield, MI. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Provide nursing functions, including vital sign monitoring and medication administration
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care transitions and optimal patient outcomes
  • Document resident progress and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals
Requirements
  • Current LPN licensure in the state of Michigan
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
  • 1+ year of experience in a skilled nursing facility or similar setting
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
