Position Summary

The Sales Manager plays a crucial role in driving revenue by overseeing the solicitation, planning, and execution of group and event dining experiences. This position is primarily based at LEVEL 8, representing Houston Hospitality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Draft and manage all special event contracts, ensuring timely deposits and full payments are secured.
  • Participate in BEO meetings to discuss event specifics and guest expectations.

  • Maintain strong rapport with concierges, previous corporate clients, and local organizations.
  • Develop and sustain positive business relationships to enhance customer loyalty.
  • Address guest complaints with prompt and appropriate responses.
  • Conduct follow-ups with clients post-event to gather feedback and document insights for future events.
  • Welcome clients and introduce them to the Special Event Manager on duty.
  • Keep shared calendars updated with both tentative and confirmed business.
  • Set and pursue sales targets, striving to exceed established goals.
  • Exhibit a positive and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to organizational policies and procedures as outlined in the company handbook.
  • Possess a basic understanding of food and beverage offerings available at the venue.
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests and colleagues by following Company Safety Standards and complying with health regulations.
