Medical Imaging Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Specialist in Nuclear Medicine to join our team at AMN Healthcare Allied.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned Nuclear Medicine Technologist to work in a dynamic environment, utilizing their expertise to assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist physicians in the diagnosis and treatment of patients using nuclear medicine techniques.
- Prepare and administer radiopharmaceuticals for imaging and therapy procedures.
- Operate and maintain nuclear medicine equipment, including cameras and computers.
- Interpret images and provide results to physicians.
- Maintain accurate records and patient information.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Board Certification NMTCB or ARRT(N)
- Graduate of an accredited Nuclear Medicine Technology program
- Registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist with the ARRT or CNMT
- B.S. degree in nuclear medicine from an accredited college or university (preferred)
- Advance Registration in PET (optional)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a registered Nuclear Medicine Technologist
- 2 SUPERVISORY References from the last 2 Years
- BLS (AHA)
