We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our Neuro Trauma team at St Mary's Medical Center in Grand Junction, Colorado. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Assess, plan, and implement individualized patient care plans
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to coordinate patient care
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members
- Participate in clinical team conferences and contribute to the development of individualized treatment plans
- Comply with evaluation, treatment, and documentation guidelines
- Oversee care delivered by LPNs and/or CNAs
- ASN from an accredited program; BSN within 4 years
- Current Colorado RN license
- Current BLS certification endorsed by the American Heart Association
- One year of nursing experience in a comparable setting, preferred
