About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Utility Associate-CDL to join our team at Atlas Bobcat. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of equipment to and from customer locations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transport equipment safely to and from customer locations, adhering to all safety protocols and regulations.
  • Assist the Parts Department with checking in parts and maintaining accurate inventory records.
  • Support the Service Department by maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment.
  • Develop and maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products Atlas Bobcat sells and services.
  • Utilize shop supplies in a practical and economic manner, minimizing waste and optimizing resources.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety rules and regulations.
  • Perform other duties and tasks as directed by management, ensuring seamless operations and exceptional customer service.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL license or ability to obtain within the first 6 months of hire.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Willingness to learn and be trained, with a strong commitment to professional development.
  • Ability to manage time and attendance, with a focus on dependability and self-motivation.
Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
  • This position requires standing, bending, crouching, twisting, pulling, pushing, and lifting up to 80 lbs., with frequent lifting of 20-50 lbs.
  • Loading, transporting, and unloading equipment to and from customers' jobsites, with a focus on safety and efficiency.
