Job Title: Home Health Care LPN

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to provide high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide one-on-one patient care in a home environment
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and maintain accurate documentation
  • Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies
  • Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care
  • Promote health education and training for family members
Requirements:
  • NJ Nursing License required
  • Minimum 6 months of hands-on nursing experience
  • CPR certification
  • Ability to provide care to infants, children, and adolescents
