Job Summary

We are seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) with good standing licenses in the state where they will practice. Our ideal candidate has at least 6 months of hands-on nursing experience, current CPR certification, and the ability to provide in-home nursing care to infants, children, and adolescents.

Responsibilities
  • Provide one-to-one patient care in a home environment
  • Execute physicians' prescribed plans of care and document care provided
  • Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies
  • Patient assessments, coordination of care
  • Health promotion, teaching, and training of family members

Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and location.
