  • Quality and Patient Safety
    • Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety
    • Monitor and evaluate quality metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient safety initiatives
  • Staff Development and Engagement
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance nursing skills and knowledge

Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • Master's degree in Nursing or related field
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in nursing leadership, with a focus on quality and patient safety
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Strong leadership and strategic planning skills
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions
    • Experience with quality improvement initiatives and patient safety programs
