**Benefits Package:**
- Salary: $120-$140K+ DOE (Based on Experience)
- Sign-on Bonus: TBA

- Generous Paid Time Off: 20 days + 7 holidays + 10 sick days per year
- CME Stipend: $3,000 annually

Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our interdisciplinary team as a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting initial evaluations, and managing ongoing treatment plans. You will also have the opportunity to work closely with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial psychiatric evaluations lasting approximately 60 minutes and follow-up appointments lasting around 30 minutes
- Treat patients of all ages, including underserved populations, with varying levels of acuity
- Work collaboratively with other psychiatrists, APRNs, RNs, and support staff to ensure seamless care delivery
- Utilize electronic health records to document patient interactions, track progress, and communicate with the multidisciplinary team

Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Current licensure as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) in the state of Colorado
- Completion of a nurse practitioner program accredited by the Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education (CCNE) or Accreditation Commission for Education in Nursing (ACEN)
- Minimum 2+ years of experience working as a psychiatric nurse practitioner, preferably in an outpatient setting
