We are seeking a qualified and enthusiastic individual to fill the role of Infant Nursery Supervisor at Children's Lighthouse Parker. About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging activities, promoting language and literacy skills, and fostering a love of learning in our infants and toddlers. You will also contribute to creating a warm, welcoming, and inclusive environment that supports the growth and development of each child. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and leading daily lessons and activities tailored to meet the diverse needs of our young students.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless transitions and smooth daily routines.
  • Communicating effectively with parents and guardians to keep them informed about their child's progress and well-being.
  • Participating in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills.

Requirements:
To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • A compassionate and patient approach when interacting with children and families.

Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000-$65,000 per year, based on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, paid time off, and employee discounts.
