**About the Role**

Educology Solutions is seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. As a key member of our DDI PMO, you will be responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining high-quality results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain project plans, including schedules, budgets, and resource allocation;
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution;
  • Analyze and resolve project-related issues promptly;
  • Maintain accurate records and reports to track project progress;
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize project requirements;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures;
  • Provide regular updates to project sponsors and stakeholders;
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed;
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and vendors;
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting and forecasting;

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in IT;
  • Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint;
  • Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile and Waterfall;
  • Experience with project management tools, such as MS Project, Jira, or Asana;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field;
