Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Speech Language Pathologist to join our team at BrightSpring Health Services. As a Speech Language Pathologist - Hospice Care Specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality speech therapy services to patients in their homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess patients' speech and language abilities
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' communication needs
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Provide education and support to patients and their families on communication strategies and techniques
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current certification in Speech-Language Pathology from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA)
  • Minimum of one year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
