Responsibilities of the Guest Services Associate:
  • Welcome all members and guests warmly, ensuring a positive experience as they leave the facility.
  • Process check-ins for all members and guests in line with company protocols.
  • Handle messages through club software during member check-in.
  • Answer phone calls in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Communicate upcoming events to members and guests effectively.
  • Foster an inviting atmosphere that makes members feel appreciated.
  • Address all member inquiries or escalate to management as necessary.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor at all times.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and standards.
  • Promote retail products available at the front desk.
  • Coordinate member service requests.
  • Assist in various areas such as retail and childcare as required.
  • Process payments for member services following company guidelines.
  • Be knowledgeable about club facilities, services, and schedules.
  • Keep the work area clean and organized.
  • Support all projects as assigned by club management.
  • This position may report to the Operations Manager when applicable.
  • Comply with all policies and procedures outlined in the Employee Handbook.
  • Note that this job description may be subject to updates or modifications.
Qualifications:
  • Fluency in English.
  • Strong reading and writing capabilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Exceptional customer service abilities.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Ability to multitask effectively.
  • High energy and patience are essential.
  • Flexibility to work on an on-call basis as needed, with shifts that may vary.
