Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Banquet Server to join our team at Geronimo Hospitality Group. As a Banquet Server, you will be responsible for providing top-notch service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is nothing short of exceptional.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety standards
  • Set up banquet rooms with precision and attention to detail, including linens and china
  • Provide exceptional service to guests, responding promptly to their needs and requests
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure seamless event execution
  • Perform side work duties to maintain a clean and efficient work environment
  • Remove all equipment and supplies from the banquet area after events
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Physical stamina to carry trays weighing up to 30 lbs without assistance
  • Availability to work nights and weekends
  • Knowledge of POS systems

Working Conditions

This position operates in a restaurant setting, with a moderate to high noise level. The employee may be exposed to hazards, including cuts, slipping, tripping, falls, and burns. Frequent hand washing is required.
