Job Title: LPN LVN

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes. As a LPN, you will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to deliver whole-person care to patients in need.

Responsibilities:

Requirements:

  • Current California Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) license.
  • 1 year of experience in nursing, hospice, or a related health field.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
