We are seeking a skilled Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN) to join our Home Health team in Hesperia, CA. As an LPN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care in the comfort of their own homes.

- California Licensed Vocational Nurse (Vendor Managed) upon hire.
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association (Vendor Managed) within 30 days of hire.
- Driving may be necessary as part of this role; caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving.
- 1 year of experience in nursing, hospice, or a related health field.
