  • Quality Assurance: Conduct inspections of completed plumbing work to ensure adherence to relevant codes, specifications, and client expectations.
  • Training and Development: Mentor plumbing staff, promoting skill enhancement and maintaining high standards of proficiency within the team.
  • Client Interaction: Collaborate with clients, contractors, and project managers to address project specifics, resolve any issues, and guarantee client satisfaction.
  • Safety Compliance: Uphold safety protocols and ensure all work complies with building regulations and industry standards to foster a secure work environment.

Compensation:
Minimum: USD $55,000.00/Yr.
Maximum: USD $80,000.00/Yr.

Qualifications:

  • In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems
  • Valid Plumbing Tradesmen License
  • At least 2 years of supervisory or team leadership experience
  • Strong interpersonal skills with employees
  • Exceptional customer service abilities
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional demeanor and appearance
  • Proficient with technology and computer systems
  • Reliable, punctual, and self-driven
  • Valid driver's license with a clean record
  • Ability to pass pre-employment drug screening and background checks
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is advantageous
