- Business Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute account plans, identifying new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
- Client Delivery Assurance: Work closely with delivery stakeholders to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of our services, meeting client expectations and driving customer satisfaction.
- Account Planning and Governance: Develop and maintain account plans, including relationship requirements, opportunity identification, and price decisions.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: A bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent from an accredited institution, or three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education and 14+ years of experience.
- Business Development and Project Management Experience: Significant business development and project management experience, with a strong track record of interacting and building relationships with C-level client contacts.
- Industry Experience: Experience in the relevant industry/vertical, with a good understanding of Life Sciences industry-specific business issues and drivers.
- Leadership and Interpersonal Skills: Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to manage large multi-location consulting engagement teams.
- MBA Degree or Equivalent: An MBA degree or foreign equivalent and 10+ years of experience, with knowledge of industry-specific go-to-market solutions.
- Global Delivery Model Experience: Experience managing large multi-location consulting engagement teams, with a track record as an Account Manager in a rapidly growing client relationship.
