The Ambulatory Trainer plays a vital role in ensuring the success of our medical office staff by providing comprehensive training and support on our electronic medical record system (EMR) and operational workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver initial and ongoing training to medical office staff on EMR and operational workflows
- Perform staff competency assessments as needed
- Provide on-site support for onboarding of new practices
- Serve as a resource for annual reporting of Quality data
Requirements:
- High School graduate or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's Degree strongly preferred
- 3 years of experience with an electronic medical record required; Epic preferred
- 3 years of experience working in an ambulatory healthcare setting with an in-depth knowledge of either front office processes or clinical processes required
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) required
