At A-Line Staffing Solutions, we are seeking a skilled Long Term Care Pharmacist to join our team. As a Long Term Care Pharmacist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and effective use of medications in a long-term care setting.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient/resident medication records
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to provide clinical and technical support
• Implement policies and procedures for the safe procurement, storage, distribution, and use of medications
• Ensure compliance with federal and state regulatory agencies and policy
• Communicate effectively with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy required; PharmD preferred
• 1+ year of pharmacist experience in a long-term care setting
• Valid/Active Massachusetts Pharmacist License
Benefits:
Full-time employees are eligible for benefits after 90 days of employment, including health, optical, dental, life, and short-term disability insurance. A 401(k) with a company match is also available for full-time employees with 1 year of service.
