Clinical Nutrition Faculty Position

We are seeking a highly qualified Clinical Nutrition Faculty member to join our team at the University of California - Los Angeles (UCLA). As a Clinical Instructor on a career development pathway, the successful candidate will be expected to provide consultation and care to patients at the Clinical Nutrition clinic at the Medical Plaza and Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center.
Responsibilities- Provide consultation and care to patients under supervision of the Division Chief and other faculty as well as independently.
- Develop and implement clinical programs to promote the treatment and prevention of obesity and obesity-associated diseases.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Conduct research and publish papers on clinical nutrition topics.
- MD or DO degree required.
- Board certification or board eligibility in Internal Medicine required.
- Experience in clinical nutrition and patient care preferred.
- Competitive salary range: $74,800-$134,000.
- Membership in the health sciences compensation plan.
