Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Case Manager/Paralegal to join our team. As a key member of our estate planning team, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our attorneys and clients. Key Responsibilities
  • Run client meetings and provide exceptional customer service
  • Draft start-to-finish legal documentation with precision and attention to detail
  • Act as the front-line support for client legal questions and concerns
  • Collaborate with attorneys to ensure seamless case management
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices
Requirements
  • Two (2) years+ of legal experience, preferably in estate planning
  • Excellent grammar, spelling, writing, and proofreading skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Teams
  • Ability to travel between office locations as needed
  • Current Notary Public certification or willingness to obtain
  • Estate planning, administration, and elder care law experience is a plus

Work Schedule

Our standard work hours are 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, with a 1-hour lunch break. We also offer overtime opportunities.
