This role requires flexibility in scheduling, with shifts available across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts, including weekends. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, and specifics will be discussed during the interview process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering phone calls and managing guest check-ins and reservations.
  • Addressing inquiries and resolving issues for guests and potential guests.
  • Processing transactions related to room and event bookings.
  • Conducting night audits.
  • Maintaining accurate logs of all reservations and guest information.

Qualifications:

  • Outstanding customer service abilities.
  • Strong time-management skills.
  • Prior experience in night auditing is mandatory.
  • Experience in a customer service role is required.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule.

Compensation and Benefits:

Starting pay rates are between $12.00 and $14.00 per hour, commensurate with experience, along with overtime opportunities as needed.

Employees will receive weekly pay and have access to comprehensive benefits after one week of employment, including medical, dental, and vision options.
