About the Role

Amazon Transportation Services (ATS) is seeking a skilled Middle Mile Escalation Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Carrier and Community Escalations Team (CCET), you will be responsible for investigating and resolving Middle Mile Escalation issues to support proper routing and parking through North America.

Our team is dedicated to promoting safe behaviors through carrier coaching and developing solutions that support an all-around experience for our carriers. Key Responsibilities
  • Investigate and resolve Middle Mile Escalation issues to support proper routing and parking through North America
  • Develop solutions that support an all-around experience for our carriers
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, peers, and partner teams to deliver consistent results
  • Maintain clear and concise verbal and written communication with peers, managers, and stakeholders
  • Pull data from numerous databases, including Microsoft programs like Excel, Access, SQL, and/or other data management systems
Requirements
  • Completed High School Degree
  • 1+ years' work experience in transportation, logistics, and/or supply chain
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays
  • Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (preferred)
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements (preferred)
