Job Description:

Aureus Medical Group - Cardiopulmonary is seeking a skilled Respiratory Therapist to join their team for a travel assignment in Portland, Maine. As a Respiratory Therapist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working closely with the healthcare team to ensure the best possible outcomes.

Responsibilities:

* Provide respiratory care to patients with a variety of conditions, including respiratory failure, pneumonia, and chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD)

* Conduct pulmonary function tests, including spirometry and arterial blood gas analysis

* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient

* Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless care coordination and communication

Requirements:

* Current licensure as a Respiratory Therapist in the state of Maine

* CPR/BLS certification

* Ability to work 12-hour shifts and 36 hours per week

* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
