Private Duty Nurse RN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse RN to join our team. As a Private Duty Nurse RN, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality, patient-centered care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.
Responsibilities- Implement and manage patient care plans in accordance with physician orders and company policies.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and coordinate care with other healthcare professionals as needed.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient care and progress in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide education and training to patients and their families on health promotion, disease prevention, and management of chronic conditions.
- Collaborate with the care team to ensure seamless transitions of care and optimal patient outcomes.
- Active, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification from the American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
- Reliable transportation.
