Responsibilities
- Provide all aspects of infant care, including feeding, diapering, and establishing sleep routines.
- Develop and implement a daily routine that promotes the infant's physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Engage in activities that stimulate the infant's senses and encourage learning and exploration.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment that is free from hazards and allergens.
- Communicate effectively with our family to ensure seamless care and attention to the infant's needs.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with infants.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- CPR and First Aid certification.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
