Job Summary:
We are seeking a Welder Helper to join our team. The Welder Helper will assist welders in various tasks to support the welding process and ensure smooth operations.

WEEKLY PAY

Responsibilities:
- Assist welders in setting up, operating, and maintaining welding equipment
- Prepare materials for welding by cleaning or cutting using tools such as plasma cutters
- Transport materials and equipment using forklifts or other machinery
- Support welders in rigging and moving heavy materials
- Perform basic welding tasks under supervision
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment

Qualifications:
- Experience or familiarity with ductwork, hand tools, sheet metal, and machining
- Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently
- Basic mechanical knowledge to assist in welding processes
- Proficiency in using tools for cutting, rigging, and welding
- Knowledge of basic math for measurements and calculations
- Willingness to learn and work collaboratively with the welding team
