Customer Service Representative Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative in a remote capacity. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and providing expert solutions to customers.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide expert advice to customers on Safeco products and services, identifying and analyzing their needs to offer tailored solutions.
  2. Conduct research to stay up-to-date on policy, coverage, and eligibility provisions, ensuring accurate information is provided to customers.
  3. Maintain high standards of call quality, handle time, adherence, first call resolution, and reliability to meet our client care expectations.
  4. Accurately record and organize data in various computer systems, maintaining confidentiality and handling proprietary information.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months related work experience, with customer service or help desk experience being highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to multitask in a structured work environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to pass proficiency assessments.
  • A clear understanding of our organization's policies, standards, and procedures is essential for guiding customer interactions.
Compensation

The estimated annual salary for this position is between $45,000 and $55,000, depending on location and experience.
