Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Finance leadership to formulate annual budget plans and long-term financial strategies.
- Prepare high-level summaries and presentations for executives to elucidate monthly financial outcomes.
- Evaluate significant expense variances and accurately project future financial results.
- Improve reporting mechanisms utilizing data visualization tools and advanced database functionalities.
- Partner with business stakeholders to refine processes and standardize financial reporting.
- Conduct monthly profit and loss reviews, providing insights into financial performance metrics.
- Identify potential areas for automation and process optimization.
- Leverage Power BI and Looker to monitor key performance indicators effectively.
- Execute ad hoc financial analyses as required.
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis.
- Expertise in MS Excel and financial management systems.
- Strong analytical abilities coupled with excellent communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with Hyperion Planning, HFM, or SAP systems.
- Experience with Tableau for data visualization.
