Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans to meet their unique requirements.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures to enhance patient care and safety.
- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve departmental goals and objectives, promoting a culture of teamwork and mutual respect.
- Current license as a Registered Professional Nurse in the State of Illinois.
- BSN degree within 3 years of hire date.
- Graduation from an accredited school of nursing.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) CPR.
- One year of experience as a Registered Nurse in an acute care setting.
