About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Mid-Level Automotive Technician to join our team at Goodyear. As a key member of our auto service center, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest level of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Key Responsibilities
  • Diagnose and repair complex vehicle issues, including brake repairs, fluid flushes, and preventative maintenance
  • Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure vehicles are in optimal condition
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and provide excellent guest service
  • Document all work performed on the repair order and maintain accurate records
  • Report any safety issues immediately to management and promote a safe working environment
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of automotive experience, including brake repairs and fluid flushes
  • Valid driver's license and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to learning new technologies and staying up-to-date with industry developments
Preferred Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • ASE Certification
  • Previous experience diagnosing vehicles and performing road tests
