Automotive Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a highly skilled Automotive Maintenance Professional to join our team at the Crain Automotive Team in Arkansas. As a leading family-owned and operated dealer group, we provide exceptional shopping experiences for new and used vehicles, as well as certified auto repair, service, and maintenance for all makes and models. With multiple locations across Northwestern and Central Arkansas, we are committed to growth and hiring the best talent in the industry.
The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills, with previous experience as an automotive technician, mechanic, or related field. You will be responsible for diagnosing, adjusting, repairing, and overhauling automotive vehicles. Your work will include oil changes, tire rotations, vehicle inspections, and other duties as assigned.
We offer a competitive salary range of $45,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package including an industry-leading 401K plan with percentage match, low-cost health, dental, and vision insurance, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes and tire rotations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in automotive technology or related field a plus
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an automotive technician or mechanic
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
