POSITION OVERVIEW

The Clinical Operations Manager is responsible for managing various priorities, ensuring effective communication, and collaborating with team members. This role requires individuals who are focused on tasks while also being supportive mentors to their team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Deliver exceptional quality care directly to patients.
  • Ensure all aspects of patient care are addressed.
  • Manage escalating issues between patients and healthcare professionals.
  • Act as a point of contact for patient concerns regarding care.
  • Advocate for patients and provide educational resources.
  • Strive to enhance operational efficiency within the clinic.
  • Offer training and support to clinical staff, equipping them with the necessary skills to provide outstanding care.
  • Organize and lead Clinical Staff Meetings.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Physician, Administrator, Health Services Manager, and Care Coordinators to ensure adherence to all quality measures in value-based healthcare.
  • Develop and maintain schedules for clinical staff.
  • Work with the team to ensure that schedules align with clinic needs.
  • Assist the Health Services Manager in the recruitment and onboarding of clinical personnel.
  • Keep an ongoing list of tasks and projects within the clinical team, providing follow-up, feedback, and updates to leadership.
  • Partner with leadership to explore new revenue-generating opportunities.
  • Regularly review processes and documentation to ensure compliance with regulations.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  1. RN, BSN
  2. 3-5 years of experience in Clinical Supervision is preferred.
