We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Testing Center Manager to oversee the administration of accommodated course tests, ensuring compliance with ADA/504 regulations and maintaining high standards for security and confidentiality.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee the administration of course tests consistent with faculty instructions and individually approved testing accommodations.
- Ensure compliance with ADA/504 regulations and support critical compliance functions.
- Maintain high standards for the security of testing materials.
- Uphold strict student confidentiality policies.
- Supervise and complete performance review process with at least one professional staff member.
- Manage the A11y Testing Center schedule on a daily, weekly, and quarterly basis.
- Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of administrative or program coordination experience in a fast-paced educational setting.
- Commitment to fully serving a diverse population.
- Strong planning and organizational skills and high level of attention to detail.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Excellent oral and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative approach with colleagues to support the mission of SAS.
- Respect for privacy and adherence to confidentiality guidelines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and Canvas.
- Master's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 4+ years of administrative or program coordination experience in a higher education setting.
- At least 2 years supervisory experience.
- Ability to troubleshoot computer issues (on PC and Mac) that may arise in the course of test administration.
