Job Description:

Responsibilities:
As a Senior Project Manager at CYNET SYSTEMS, you will be responsible for identifying required resources and researching project data, procedures, and history to ensure a thorough understanding of project direction.
You will prepare and manage project plans through completion, providing data analysis and identifying trends across multiple offices for national client operations.
Your role will involve monitoring and assessing data for accuracy and integrity, communicating activity progress to involved parties, and assisting Program Managers to resolve issues that arise.
You will also deliver oral and written presentations of project results, provide training to colleagues as needed, and help to transition programs as needed.
Additionally, you will administer company personnel policies in all areas and follow company staffing standards and training recommendations.
Your responsibilities will include interviewing, hiring, and establishing colleague performance development plans, conducting colleague performance discussions, and providing support, guidance, leadership, and motivation to promote maximum performance.

Qualification:
Education & Licensing.
A Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university is preferred, with a major in Business Administration, Statistics, or Quantitative Analysis and courses in Computer Sciences preferred.

Experience:
~ 6 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required to include two (2) years of general business experience with emphasis on data analysis or planning.

Skills and Knowledge:
Knowledge of related field procedures or insurance-related procedures and managed care systems and operations.
Good knowledge of project management Knowledge of data analysis with strong Excel skills.
Excellent oral and written communication, including presentation skills PC literate, including Microsoft Office products.
Analytical and interpretive skills Good organizational skills Good interpersonal skills Good negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a team environment Ability to meet or exceed Performance Competencies.
