Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell LUV membership packages through knowledgeable retail sales techniques.
  • Build, nurture, and sustain positive relationships with customers and business partners.
  • Meet established sales goals and objectives within designated timelines.
  • Inform customers about promotions, memberships, and products to enhance their service experience.
  • Demonstrate strong relationship management skills and be receptive to constructive feedback.

Employees are expected to stay informed about company policies and updates through the internal employee portal.

Physical Requirements:

  • Ability to stand or walk for extended periods.
  • Work outdoors in various weather conditions.
  • Exhibit a sense of urgency while maintaining a friendly and courteous demeanor.
  • Capability to lift up to 25 pounds without assistance.

Required Skills:

  • Highly motivated and results-oriented with a proven background in membership sales.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and selling abilities.
