Critical Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our Intensive Care Unit (ICU) team at the Detroit Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse in our ICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients and their families.
Job Summary:
The Registered Nurse ICU will be responsible for:
* Providing direct patient care to critically ill patients
* Assessing patient needs and developing individualized care plans
* Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care
* Monitoring patient progress and adjusting care plans as needed
* Providing education and support to patients and families
Requirements:
To be considered for this role, you must have:
* A current RN license in the state of Michigan
* At least 1 year of experience in an ICU setting
* Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
