Join Our Team as a Surgical Technologist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Surgical Technologist to join our team at SolutionHealth. As a Surgical Technologist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of surgical procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and maintain sterile instrumentation and equipment for surgical procedures.
  • Assist the surgical team with verification, intra-operative procedures, and case closure protocol.
  • Respond to emergency situations and work under the direction of the Circulator.
Requirements:
  • Completion of an accredited surgical technologist program.
  • NH Medical Technologist Registration required (unless other current NH state license is held). Certification as a Surgical Technologist preferred.
  • Frequent use of fine motor and sensory skills.
Competencies:
  • Basic Life Support within 30 days.
  • Use of preference cards, instrument preparation, maintenance of sterile field, surgical briefings and time-outs, instrument safe handling, surgical counts, and instrument inventory and decontamination within 90 days.
