POSITION SUMMARY
Cannon & Cannon, Inc. (CCI), a well-respected and experienced engineering and consulting firm in the Southeast, is on the lookout for a qualified Project Engineer/Project Manager. This role is ideal for a dedicated and skilled individual who is ready to contribute to our projects.
As a multi-disciplinary professional, you will be involved in the design and execution of various utility projects, including water, wastewater, and gas systems. Your expertise will also extend to developing comprehensive utility master plans and managing utility relocation projects in collaboration with the Department of Transportation.
In this position, you will take on the role of Project Manager, overseeing project teams tasked with designing water and wastewater infrastructure. Your responsibilities will encompass a range of activities, including project management, client communication, quality assurance and control, budgeting, and guiding a team of engineers and designers. You will manage projects from initial concept through to completion.

Qualifications:
Minimum requirements include:
- A bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
- A minimum of four (4) years of experience in water and wastewater utility projects
- Experience with natural gas projects is advantageous
- P.E. Registration in Tennessee and/or Kentucky, or the ability to obtain it within one year
- Willingness to work in our Knoxville office as well as flexibility for remote work
