As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating purchase orders, managing price changes, and performing various administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating purchase orders and managing price changes
- Faxing and making telephone calls to vendors and branches
- Performing general office-type work, including data entry and documentation
- Developing strong relationships with vendors and stakeholders
Requirements:
- Prior experience in purchasing and/or food service highly desirable
- Logistics experience/knowledge a big plus
- Detail-oriented, with excellent follow-up skills and strong communication skills
- Basic PC requirements include MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and a general understanding of UPC/bar code system
