Key Responsibilities
  • Perform application security risk analyses and assessments to identify potential vulnerabilities and threats.

  • Coordinate multiple SAP Security full life cycle implementations from preparation to go-live and operation to ensure successful implementation and deployment.
  • Interpret ABAP code to identify authorization requirements and ensure secure access and permissions.
  • Manage users and authorization assignments across SAP and supporting systems to ensure secure access and permissions.
  • Provide user support and troubleshoot security-related issues to ensure prompt resolution and minimize downtime.
  • Maintain operational and technical documentation of security processes to ensure compliance with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance security and user experience.
  • Stay current with the latest SAP developments and security technologies to recommend and implement best practices.
  • Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management illustrating the effectiveness of security strategies post-implementation.
  • Manage project timelines, resources, and budgets related to SAP Security implementations to ensure successful project delivery.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Extensive experience with SAP Security solutions, including ECC, BW, BI/BOBJ, CAMS, GRC, SCM, Sol Man, and PI.
  • Proven experience in deploying new SAP Security solutions, including system startup, configuration, and upgrades.
  • Experience in coordinating multiple SAP Security full life cycle implementations.
  • Ability to interpret ABAP code to identify authorization requirements.
  • Proven experience in managing users and authorization assignments across SAP and supporting systems.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP Security-related tables and programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex scenarios under tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working collaboratively with technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • CompTIA Security+ Certified
  • Active Secret Security Clearance
