Inventory Claims Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Claims Specialist to join our team at EOTM - Partners Professional in Lithonia, GA. This role will oversee inventory control and manage product claims, ensuring accurate stock levels and minimizing discrepancies.

• Inventory Management: Generate daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports, conduct cycle counts, and work with the warehouse team to ensure proper storage, picking, and product organization.
• Claims Investigation: Investigate and communicate with customers regarding claims, determine liability, and work with suppliers, vendors, and customers to reach resolutions.
• Documentation and Reporting: Ensure all claims are filed in a timely manner, maintain proper documentation for audit purposes, and prepare regular reports on inventory levels, shrinkage, claims status, and other KPIs.

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in inventory management, claims processing, or a related field, preferably in the appliance or logistics industry.
• Skillset: Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, experience using inventory management software, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, problem-solving mindset, and ability to make data-driven decisions.
