Key Responsibilities:

  • Health and Safety: Enforce policies and procedures to ensure a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with safety regulations and provide necessary safety plans for job sites.
  • Project Management: Manage field projects, communicate progress to clients, and address technical inquiries.
  • Regulatory Information: Offer regulatory information to clients, maintain records, and stay updated on regulations.
  • Reporting and Proposals: Compile project details into reports and utilize technical knowledge for proposals.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise technical staff, participate in hiring decisions, and handle customer inquiries.
  • Technical Assistance: Provide Technical Assistance to Sales team and assist in Sales Calls.
  • Financial Management: Prepare and approve billings, track costs, and oversee project finances.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelor's degree in a science-related field.

Experience: Minimum of 3 years in environmental services.

Skills and Qualifications: Safety-conscious mindset, knowledge of environmental regulations, excellent communication skills, strong proposal writing abilities, and ability to wear protective equipment.
