We are a renowned provider of senior care services, committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our residents. As a Maintenance Manager with Brookdale Senior Living, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our properties
  2. Coordinating with vendors and contractors to complete maintenance projects on time and within budget
  3. Developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules to optimize resource utilization
  4. Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and expenses
  5. Collaborating with other departments to address resident concerns and issues

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
  • At least 2 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the senior care sector
  • Proven leadership and communication skills
  • Capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA standards

Compensation and Benefits:

  • Salary range: $24.65 - $30.81 per hour
