Facilities Operations Manager

We are a renowned provider of senior care services, committed to delivering exceptional experiences for our residents. As a Maintenance Manager with Brookdale Senior Living, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of maintenance personnel to ensure the upkeep and maintenance of our properties
- Coordinating with vendors and contractors to complete maintenance projects on time and within budget
- Developing and implementing effective maintenance schedules to optimize resource utilization
- Maintaining detailed records of maintenance activities and expenses
- Collaborating with other departments to address resident concerns and issues
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably in the senior care sector
- Proven leadership and communication skills
- Capacity to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations, including OSHA standards
Compensation and Benefits:
- Salary range: $24.65 - $30.81 per hour
