The VETERANS HEALTH ADMINISTRATION is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Nurse Leader to join our team. As a Clinical Nurse Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.
About the RoleThe Clinical Nurse Leader will be responsible for implementing evidence-based practices, evaluating patient outcomes, and developing educational programs for staff. The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree in Nursing and 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role.
Responsibilities- Leads a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care
- Implements evidence-based practices to improve patient outcomes
- Develops and implements educational programs for staff to enhance their skills and knowledge
This position requires a Master's degree in Nursing and 2-3 years of experience in a leadership role. Current, full, active, and unrestricted registration as a graduate professional nurse in a State, Territory or Commonwealth (i.e., Puerto Rico) of the United States, or the District of Columbia is also required.
Salary InformationThe salary for this position is estimated to be around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
