Water/Wastewater Project Manager Job Description

Wilson & Company, Inc., Engineers & Architects is seeking a Water/Wastewater Engineer with years of experience to join our team.

The position will focus primarily on water/wastewater related projects, including supply, conveyance, treatment, and disposal.

We are seeking a self-motivated individual who is eager to lead and grow as a professional working in a fast-paced team environment in our Albuquerque, NM office.

This position provides the opportunity to work with water/wastewater projects and collaborate with other sectors' projects as well.

Essential Job Functions:
  • Interact well with other team members within the Wilson & Company team.
  • Contact and visit clients for business development/marketing, including attendance at local industry conferences and seminars.
  • High degree of intrapersonal and communication skills is necessary.
  • Proven teamwork and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable to manage and develop business client relationships.
  • Excellent work ethic and a comprehensive understanding of engineering principles.
Required Experience:
  • BS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering emphasis.
  • MS in Civil Engineering or Environmental Engineering is preferred.
  • 4-10 years of experience.
  • NMPE License or the ability to obtain a license in 6-months is required.
  • Experience with plan production using AutoCAD Civil 3D, AutoCAD MEP3d, AutoCAD Plant3d, or Revit.
  • Experience with hydraulic and environmental calculations as well as technical report writing.
  • Experience with hydraulic modeling utilizing WaterGEMS, SewerGEMS, InfoWater, or InfoSewer.
Salary Range:

$64,000 to $152,000
