Sanitation Specialist

Job Title: Sanitation Specialist - Prepared Foods

Job Summary:
The Sanitation Specialist - Prepared Foods will be responsible for maintaining a clean and sanitary environment in the prepared foods department. This includes cleaning equipment, floors, and walls, as well as ensuring that all food contact surfaces are properly sanitized.

Responsibilities:
• Clean and sanitize equipment, floors, and walls in the prepared foods department
• Ensure that all food contact surfaces are properly sanitized
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace
• Work safely and responsibly with fellow employees and equipment
• Follow instructions given by supervisor or Crew Leader

Requirements:
• Above average attendance habits
• Self-motivated and willing to work in areas of the plant
• Ability to work safely and responsibly with fellow employees and equipment
• Correctable eyesight, and ability to lift/push/pull over 25 lbs frequently
• Ability to follow instructions given by supervisor or Crew Leader
• Understand the reason and recognize the need for good sanitation habits
• Ability to work with both hands
• Ability to reach above shoulders
• Work on fast-paced environment safely
• Pay close attention to detail
